Just finished these 2 pieces, Ice Cream & Cotton Candy. They are soft and playful beside the hard skull.
SACRUM! Last week I talked about C1, and the sacrum is just as important, if not more! The sacrum is at the very bottom of your spine and your hip bones (aka. Ilia) and glutes attach to it on each side. The sacrum is extremely important for health because it lays adjacent to the nerves that innervate the lower abdominal organs, pelvic organs, urinary tract, buttocks, legs and feet. Not only that, but if the sacrum is misaligned, it affects every vertebra above. As one of the most congenitally anomalous bones in the body, sacrum subluxations can be tricky, and can have the potential to cause all kinds of health issues such as allergies 👃🏼, irritable bowel, infertility, menstrual cramps, irregular periods, headaches🤯, sciatica, bed wetting in children, or anything dealing with the organs close by. Sacrum is MAJOR 💯ya’ll! Sacrum’s life.

Happy Valentine’s Day ya’ll! 💝I think it’s a perfect day to talk about the vertebrae in your thoracic spine, because they have “heart” ❤️shaped bodies. This little sketch is specifically of T7. The nerves that exit the spinal cord at T7 feed information from your brain 🧠 to your stomach, liver, and spleen, major organs for digestion and filtration of blood and toxins 🍩. In general, the thoracics are attached to your ribs and often times when a thoracic vertebra is adjusted, you may feel like you can breath 💨 easier 🌈. Love your spine today and everyday, because it will love you back.

C1 (aka. Atlas) is a major bone ya’ll! It’s that first bone in your spine, at the very top of your neck, and it is exactly what your skull (aka. Occiput) 💀sits on. C1 controls so many different systems in your body. It can cause anything to work🌈 or dysfunction🌪. It can cause the organs in your body to speed up abnormally, or it can cause them to slow down abnormally. It plays in closely with the sinuses, ears👂 , throat, parathyroid, neck muscles, and brain 🧠 , causing symptoms such as headaches, earaches, fatigue, anxiety, colds, flu, migraines, etc...... C1 is a major anatomical structure. C1 is life.
